About DCNA

Welcome to the Neighborhood!

The Downtown Campbell Neighborhood Association (DCNA) is a volunteer based community organization founded in 2007 to protect and advance the interests of residents in the historic downtown residential neighborhoods of Campbell, CA.

The purpose of the DCNA is:

    (a) to serve as a mechanism for communication and advocacy within our neighborhood;

    (b) to preserve and enhance the physical and aesthetic environment within our neighborhood;

    (c) to promote a safe pedestrian environment in our neighborhood;

    (d) to decrease crime in our neighborhood;

    (e) to encourage participation in neighborhood activities.

Association Boundaries

The Downtown Campbell Neighborhood Association (DCNA) considers it boundaries to be Hamilton Avenue, Winchester Boulevard, Kennedy Avenue, and Highway 17.
